Policy:

- We do not discriminate against ethnicity, race, culture, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other. We are a completely impartial, understanding team based on the principles of equality, fairness, freedom, and peace.
- There is no hierarchy of power. Every member of any staff group is treated just the same as any member of Fragmented Realities. If a MOD or Admin show signs of being power-hungry, they subject themselves of being kicked off the team.
- You must be aware that becoming a MOD is a huge responsibility. Moderators have the duty to protect the forum from any rule-breakers and trouble makers. You must patrol the entire forum. Understand that the forum visible to you know will likely expand by over 50% due to the categories and boards hidden from regular users. By applying to be a Moderator, you are agreeing that you are responsible enough to patrol the entire forum at least once a week to weed out any unneeded or alarming posts.
